Face To Face coaching on Saturdays

If you would like a face to face coaching session with me on a Saturday contact me by email, text or phone and let’s set up a meeting at a mutually convenient time and location.

How long are the sessions?

The first session is generally for 90 minutes, this allows us to complete the paperwork and explore your outcome or problem. Subsequent sessions are for up to one hour.

I tailor the session to your individual needs and will send you a coaching agreement which establishes how we will work together, together with some questions about what you specifically want from your coaching/therapy sessions. The information you provide, facilitates your getting the most out of our time together.
