Practice, Practice, Practice

You may think that these strategies won’t be effective in helping you manage your anxiety. In fact, you may have tried one or two of these tools when feeling anxious and felt that they didn’t really help much. However, these strategies are more effective if you’ve consistently practiced and mastered them. The more you practice the better they work. So pick one or two and focus on using them each and every time anxiety strikes. Not just for a few days or for a week, but forever.

These techniques whilst proving effective for many people, are not designed to, and should not be construed to, replace or be a substitute for professional medical/health professional diagnosis and treatment.
