Do you believe you’re not good enough?

If you answered ‘Yes’ then it’s a sign that perhaps you have low self esteem.


Self-esteem is the evaluation that you make and hold about yourself. It is your judgement of your  worth as a person. It is based upon the extent to which you believe yourself to be a competent, significant, likeable and successful person.


The good news is that it's possible to overwrite this "I'm not good enough" limiting belief and build healthy self esteem.
And once you have healthy self esteem your life will change forever - for the better.

Helping people to build healthy self esteem is something I do a lot of because, sadly low self esteem is very common.

People with low self-esteem feel inadequate and worthless. Here are some of the ways in which I've heard people express their low self esteem:

  • I'm stupid
  • I'm unlovable
  • I'm ugly
  • I'm useless
  • I've always been a failure
  • I'm just a doormat

Low self-esteem affects every aspect of a person's life, from their career choices to their relationships with friends, family and loved ones. All too often a person doesn't even realize that their own feelings of low self-worth are affecting them because the beliefs supporting it are largely subconscious, quietly influencing the choices they make and creating a life that leaves them feeling unaccepted, unworthy and unloved.

When a person has low self-esteem it can be very easy for them to think their life is unfulfilling or unhappy because they don't deserve the good fortune, happiness and success of others. But it's only their negative beliefs and self-critical thinking that lead them to such negative views.
