In this first post for 2021 I want to share with you a vital skill that you can use to help make 2021 your best year ever.
Enhancing your wellbeing
This is the time of year when people set themselves goals for the year ahead. Perhaps you’ve done that already? And perhaps your goal, or goals, relate to enhancing your wellbeing.
What if I told you there is a skill that you can learn that will help you to feel less stress and anxiety, relieve chronic pain, to sleep better, or to control and relieve your symptoms of menopause, irritable bowel syndrome etc.

Self-hypnosis is a process whereby you guide yourself into an optimum learning state. Once in that state you give yourself suggestions designed to create the change(s) you want to make. The answer is that our brain (or as it’s often referred to – our subconscious mind) is unable to differentiate between what is real and what is vividly imagined. Our conscious mind can make this differentiation, but importantly the changes we want to make are made at the subconscious level.
